Christine's Cinnamon Rolls

Use Yummy Refrigerator roll recipe to create the dough.   After the dough has sat in the refrigerator you are ready to form the cinnamon rolls

prepare a Cinnamon mixture:

1 c. sugar
2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 - 1 cube of softened butter

spread cinnamon mixture on the bottom of 9" X ll" glass cake pan

Roll out dough into a rectangle... about 2 inches bigger all around and looks the shape of the cake pan about 1/4" thick.  If you have more dough, set aside to make more cinnamon rolls or just shape and bake as regular rolls.

Spread butter over the whole rectangle dough.  Sprinkle well with brown sugar and shake cinnamon over, not terribly thick.

roll up the dough and cut into 12 round pieces and place over the cinnamon mixture in the pan.  Let raise in warm place for about an hour or until dough is 1/4" from the top of the glass pan and all the dough has grown and crowded together.

Bake 400 degrees for 20-30 min. Cover with aluminum foil for first 15 -25 min.  Uncover and bake 5 more minutes till golden.

When you remove rolls, turn over onto a sheet of parchment to let cinnamon mixture melt onto rolls. And cool.

You can also remove the rolls first facing up, leaving them in one 9" X ll" section and then turn the pan over onto the top to let the drippings drip onto the rolls from the top.  Cool and enjoy.

The other thing you can do is to mix together a powder sugar glaze to frost the top of the rolls with.
