Reece's Peanut Butter cups

40 oz. bag of Reece's PBC makes 124 cups

Cream:

1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. plain peanut butter
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar

Add:

1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla

Beat well and add by hand:

1 1/2 c.  flour
1 tsp. soda

Place dough in rounded tsp into minature muffin pans (with a paper cup insert in each).

Bake 350 degrees for 10-12 min until cookies are puffed up.

Remove from oven and immediately push one peanut butter cup into each cache.  Cool

Makes about 2 doz.
